Indiana University Fiji's ride in the Hilly 100
Each year for 38 years bicyclists from all over the country show up to ride the Hilly 100 bike ride. It is a 2 day 100 mile tour around Bloomington that has to be ridden to be appreciated. Over 5,000 registered bikers take the roads and enjoy beautiful scenery, great music, and food from bananas and muffins to fried chicken.
Over the years there are always several Fiji's Alums and Undergrads who ride in this event. This year we met up and took off together and wore Fiji Cycling colors to prove that Fiji Cycling is not for College Days Alone.
Watch the Fiji message boards next fall for information about the 39th Hilly 100 on October 7,8 2006.
